Returns Form

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept the return of items within 14 days from the delivery date.

Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, in their original package, with original tags and labels, along with all related accessories, documents (e.g., instruction booklet), and protective covers included.

To initiate a return, please fill out the form below.

Once the return request has been validated, you will receive an email confirmation along with a prepaid return shipping label.

Place the products in their original package and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order. Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box, covering the original label, and seal the box securely. Drop off the package at the nearest carrier drop-off location.

Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it to ensure that the return conditions specified above are met. We kindly invite you to keep the tracking number for your return in order to track the status of your returned order.

As soon as the refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. A return processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, subject to your bank’s policies.
