Tint Matching
For sunglasses, our laboratory partner matches the original AlLAN HAMMOND lens color and tint as closely as possible. Because prescription lenses are individually produced, slight variations in color, gradient, darkness, or finish may occur.
Your Prescription
After checkout, reply to our email with a clear photo or PDF of your eyeglass prescription, or type the prescription details directly in your reply. Single-vision orders also require your pupillary distance (PD).
If your prescription does not include PD, you can measure it online using AccuPD.
Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your lenses to be prepared after we receive and confirm your complete prescription information.
30-Day Remake Guarantee
If there is an error on the laboratory’s end with the lenses or completed prescription order, the lenses will be remade at no additional charge.
One-Year Lens Warranty
Prescription lenses are covered for one year against manufacturing defects, including coating failure, delamination, or defects in the lens material. Normal wear and tear, including scratches that occur through regular use, is not covered.
